課程概述 |
1. 本華語課程乃「中級三」課程，提供通過臺大國際教育中心華語課程「中級二」課程者，或經由本校分班測驗判定適合學習中級三者。
2. 本課程所使用的教材為《遠東生活華語三》(第一課~第十一課)，盼學生能兼顧「聽說讀寫」四方面的語言能力，使學生生活不因語言不通而有障礙，並期望學生能透過課程了解書面語的用法，並進一步習得更多專業詞彙，以與他人討論較為專業的話題。

課程目標 |
1. 習得處理日常生活事務的基本表達能力，能不倚靠自己的母語與他人溝通。
2. 學習日常生活中常用話題之詞彙，能更深入地與華人討論各項議題。
3. 學生能讀、寫正體字，且聽、說兩項能達到各課標準。
4. 能藉由課本內之主題，了解華人習慣與社會文化。
5. 能練習閱讀並使用書面語。 |

課程要求 |
1. 第一次上課前請先準備上課聽寫用，及寫作業用的A4活頁紙。
Have loose-leaf papers (A4 size) ready beforehand for in-class quizzes and for the assignments.
2. 請勿遲到、早退。
Attend the class on time. Don’t leave class earlier than scheduled time.
3. 上課時學生不說英文或其他非中文語言。
Use Chinese exclusively in class. Other languages are not allowed.
4. 上課時學生不該做其他事情，如寫功課、聊天、睡覺等與課程進行無關的事。需參與課堂活動，聽老師及同學的發言和討論。
Students should not write homework or do other things that are not related to the course, such as chatting with classmates or sleeping during class hour. It’s essential to participate in the classroom activity and class discussion.
5. 上課時不能使用手機、電腦等電子產品做跟課程無關的事。使用一次就扣出席及平時表現成績2分。
Cell phone, laptop, Ipad, electronic dictionary and any electronic devices are only allowed for learning in class, otherwise students will lose 2 points for each time.
6. 上課時可以喝水、喝飲料，但不能吃東西。
No food in class, but drinking water or soft drinks is allowed in class.
7. 按時繳交作業。遲交的作業不收，以0分計。
Hand in assignments on time. Late submission will not be accepted.
8. 老師所有的上課資料都會放在Ceiba上，如果需要印出來，請自己上網列印。但是，上課時不能用手機或是電腦看Ceiba上的資料，否則會被扣分。
All the handouts will be uploaded to Ceiba. Students can print them out before class if needed, but cannot read them via electronic devices in class. If students use any electronic devices in class, they will lose 2 points for each time.
9. 如果有感冒症狀，請戴口罩。
Students have to wear masks if they have cold symptoms.
10. 尊重老師及同學。如果上課中發生同學之間，或師生之間的爭執，或是上課時學生離題的情況，教師將視情況隨時打斷學生發言，以維護課程順利進行。
Be respectful of each other in classroom. Topics discussed in class should be related to the course. If students argue with classmates or the teacher in class, which is effect on the class going on smoothly, the teacher will end the topic anytime. Or, if students talk too much to stray into the topic isn't related to the course, the teacher also will interrupt them anytime.
11. 請共同建立平等尊重的環境，禁止歧視言行。請避免任何與宗教、國籍、種族、性別、性傾向等相關的歧視言行。如果上課中有歧視言行發生，教師將視情況打斷學生發言，或是請學生離開教室。
For a respective environment for all, NO speeches/acts of discriminations. Please avoid any speeches/acts containing discriminations regarding nationality, cultures, genders, sexualities etc. If students have speeches/acts containing discriminations regarding nationality, cultures, genders, sexualities etc. in class, the teacher also will interrupt them or ask them to leave the classroom anytime.
12. 違反以上規定皆會影響學期成績。違反一次規定就扣平時表現成績一分。
You will lose one point of scores of Attendance and Performance each time for violation of class regulations.

出席及平時表現成績 Attendance and Performance |
15% |
(1) 違反課程要求及課程規定者，一次扣一分。
Students will lose one point of scores of Attendance and Performance each time for violation of class regulations.
(2) 每堂課遲到或早退20分鐘以上，即算缺席一小時。
Late for class more than 20 minutes or leave class 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time will be regarded as one-hour absence.
(3) 每個學生一學期可有兩次缺席(6個小時，含遲到或早退)，老師不會扣分。但第七個小時開始，每缺席1小時，就扣出席及平時表現成績1分。若有事無法上課，請先寫信告訴老師。
Students who are absent within 6 hours (including the absence that late for class or leave class 30 minutes than scheduled from class) will not lose any point. From the 7th hour, students will lose 1 points per hour. Inform the teacher by email in advance if you are unable to attend the class. |

作業成績 Homework |
20% |
(1) 作業需於老師指定日內交回，晚交不收，以0分計。
All assignments must be handed in on time, late submission will not be accepted and students won’t get any point.
(2) 預習作業不列入成績計算，可是少交一次扣作業總成績1分。
There are some assignments for preview before class. If students don't hand in or don’t hand in on time, they will lose one point per one. |

平時考成績 Quizzes and Tests |
20% |
(1) 除期中考及期末考週以外，每次上課都有聽寫考試，如果因故而沒參加考試的，不能補考。若一學期參加聽寫考試的總次數少於8次，則扣平時考成績10分。聽寫範圍與時間均列於Ceiba上，請自行上網查看。
The dictation quiz will be given every class time. No make-up quiz provided. Students who take the quizzes less than 8 times will lose 10 points of scores of Quizzes and Tests. Time of dictations are listed on Ceiba. Please check quiz time before class.
(2) 每兩課教完有單元考試。單元考試時間列於Ceiba上，皆為該天上課最後一小時。考試主要為筆試(含聽力測驗)。若因故無法參加考試，每個學生這學期只有一次申請補考的機會(需在考試後一週內完成補考，否則以0分計)。
There will be a written test (including listening comprehension) for every two lessons. Time of tests are listed on Ceiba. Every student only has one chance to apply for a make-up test in one week in this semester. |

期中考試 Mid-term exam |

期中考試為筆試、聽力測驗及口試。若因故無法參加，必須事先知會老師，並完成網路上請假手續，方可在3天內補考。若沒能於指定日期考試或補考者，考試成績以0分計算。
Mid-term exam includes written test , listening comprehension and oral test. Students who can’t take mid-term exam on scheduled date need to inform the teacher at least one day and take a leave on line before the exam date, and then they can make up the exam in 3 days. If students cannot take the exam on scheduled time or make up the exam in 3 days, they will get 0 point on mid-term exam. |

期末考試 Final exam |

期末考試為筆試、聽力測驗及口頭報告。若因故無法參加，必須事先知會老師，並且完成網路上請假手續，方可在3天內補考。若沒能於指定日期考試或補考者，考試成績以0分計算。
Final exam includes written test, listening comprehension and oral test. Students who can’t take final exam on scheduled date need to inform the teacher at least one day and take a leave on line before the exam date, and then they can make up the exam in 3 days. If students cannot take the exam on scheduled time or make up the exam in 3 days, they will get 0 point on final exam. |
